Los Angeles Wedding Photographer ~ Amber & Craig

This wedding was such an incredible event to be a part of! Amber & Craig were selected to be on WEtv's My Fair Wedding with David Tutera. I was hired by Amber only a few short weeks before the wedding, and because everything's a surprise on the show, neither of us had a clue about where the wedding would be or even what time it'd take place! It was this mysterious and fun little adventure, learning little details here and there just a few days before the wedding. I couldn't wait to get there and see how the whole thing worked; this was my first time photographing a wedding being filmed for TV! Their episode, "Paint the Wedding Red Bride" was aired last night, which means I finally get to share this gorgeous wedding with you all!!!

The wedding day itself was one of the most intense things I have ever experienced. My excitement level was off the charts, and at the same time I was totally nervous. It was completely different than any wedding I've photographed before - there was no actual timeline, just upcoming film segments; and we only had a half hour to do family, wedding party, and Bride & Groom portraits (I usually spend 30 minutes with just the Bride & Groom!). Like I said - Intense! Amber & Craig didn't let any of the craziness get to them. They're all about love, peace, and positive energy, and all that mattered that day was their love for each other & that they were going to be husband and wife! The wedding was held in the Downtown LA Fashion District at California Market Center. The ceremony was beautiful and emotional, followed by a fun filled reception complete with a live band, painter (coolest thing I've ever seen at a wedding!), and Amber & Craig dancing the night away with their closest family & friends. It was intense and crazy, but oh so worth it. Congrats again, guys!
